Observations reveal declining farm-based livelihoods due to reduced agriculture and limited knowledge of land rights. Widows are exceptions with land ownership. Land fragmentation and lack of awareness about common land pose challenges. The programme sensitizes officials and involves Gram Sabhas for support.
