Beyond skills, TWEP offers health check-ups, counselling, yoga, and plans to address urban malnutrition through daily nutrition programmes.

Trishul Learning Centre (TLC) offers a comprehensive learning and mentoring space for children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds in urban slums and rural villages. TLC's mission is to establish a strong educational foundation, foster self-esteem, and impart values, empowering children to realize their full potential and become self-reliant, responsible citizens. Recognizing education and life skills as pivotal, Trishul envisions them as pathways for marginalized youth to integrate into the economy and improve their quality of life. TLC provides a multifaceted education encompassing academics, activity-based learning, value education, mentoring, counselling, field trips, play, self-study, cultural activities, arts, sports, and expert career guidance. Through its holistic approach, TLC aims to nurture well-rounded development, with plans to introduce scholarship programmes to further support children's growth.

Operating through a Community-Based Disaster Risk Management Programme, the organization introduces specialized training courses to bolster community preparedness and instil a sense of Individual Social Responsibility. The curriculum encompasses crucial topics such as first aid, disaster causes and effects, resource utilization, logistics, and principles of disaster management. Through comprehensive workshops featuring written and practical assessments, participants gain the knowledge and confidence to contribute to disaster response and recovery efforts.
