Adani Foundation is dedicated to improving healthcare accessibility, particularly for underprivileged communities. It operates 17 Mobile Health Care Units (MHCUs) that reach remote areas and serve over 400,000 patients annually. Additionally, 14 Rural Clinics provide medical aid to approximately 30,000 patients yearly. Various health camps offer diagnostic and treatment facilities to more than 51,000 patients annually. Notably, the Adani Foundation collaborates with the Gujarat government on the Gujarat Adani Institute of Medical Sciences (GAIMS) and G. K. General Hospital (GKGH), benefiting both urban and rural patients. It also conducts health camps and provides Senior Citizen Health Cards, ensuring timely diagnosis and treatment, especially for marginalized senior citizens. It is deeply committed to promoting sustainable livelihoods, aiming to enhance economic opportunities for various sections of society. Its community-based initiatives empower individuals and contribute to overall national development. Through self-help groups, preservation of traditional arts, and skill development training, it builds social capital. These efforts benefit fishermen communities, farmers, cattle owners, youth, and women. Adani Foundation has provided over 40,000 person-days of supplementary livelihood opportunities to fisherfolk families, improved the quality of life for 10,650 fisherfolk families, supported farmers with irrigation techniques, established livestock development centres, and empowered more than 800 women through income generation activities. It also focuses on animal husbandry, facilitating co-operatives, strengthening women's self-help groups, and promoting sustainable agriculture to uplift rural communities and improve their standard of living.

Community Infrastructure Development Programme
Adani Foundation recognizes the vital role community infrastructure plays in improving living standards and the local economy. Its initiatives aim to provide access to essential resources, create livelihood opportunities, ensure safe drinking water, and enhance primary healthcare systems, all of which lead to increased productivity, reduced morbidity, and more employment opportunities. The Foundation has built check dams, deepened ponds to increase water storage capacity, constructed and repaired residential units for economically disadvantaged families and fisherfolk communities, and provided potable water facilities to villages. These efforts contribute to improving the quality of life in these communities, aligning with the government's role in basic infrastructure provision and responding to grassroots needs.

Saksham, Adani Foundation's Skill Development Project, plays a pivotal role in nation-building by providing skill-based training to enhance employability. Operating through Adani Skill Development Centres (ASDCs), it aligns with the Government's Skill India Mission. ASDCs collaborate with entities like the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and seek partnerships with corporations and organisations. It offers job-oriented programmes, including tailoring, computer courses, crane operation, and beautician courses, empowering individuals with the skills needed for self-reliance and a assured future.
