  • Step to Livelihood - Buniyaad Programme

    Bright Future's "Step to Livelihood - Buniyaad" programme aims to create an optimal learning environment, empower youth for sustainable livelihoods, develop essential life skills and educational guidance, identify viable career paths, and nurture the ability to translate passions into meaningful employment. Engaging with 13 to 17-year-old students, the initiative collaborates with Government and privately aided schools in marginalized communities and involves key stakeholders like parents, teachers, principals, and local leaders. The three-year programme offers free comprehensive capacity-building sessions. Parents gain communication skills, grasp learning's importance, explore careers, and embrace open-mindedness. Teachers enhance interactive teaching, prioritize learning, foster holistic skill development, and bolster career adaptability. Students acquire life skills, career guidance, guest lectures, exposure visits, and clear career pathways.

  • Livelihood - Bulandi Programme

    The Livelihood ~ Bulandi initiative targets marginalized young adults aged 18 to 25. This programme aims to provide them with career and life skills, empower them to make informed job decisions, and enhance their family's well-being. The process includes identifying disadvantaged individuals who may have dropped out of school or college or are first-generation learners. After taking the Career Interest Test, they enrol in courses such as CRS, BFSI, or ITeS. A three-month training period covers employability skills, workplace readiness, spoken English, basic IT, and exposure visits. Bright Future assists with interview preparation and job placement, ultimately leading to either employment, contributing to higher family income and living standards, or encouraging participants to return to education for better growth and job prospects.

  • Entrepreneurship Development - Badi Soch Programme

    Bright Future runs the Badi Soch Entrepreneurship Development initiative, aimed at equipping youth with skills to transform ideas into viable businesses and providing sustained guidance for self-sufficiency over three years. Year 1 focuses on building awareness and converting concepts into registered businesses. Year 2 involves group mentoring, practical learning, and exposure through the Mandi Platform. Year 3 offers support for scaling up, financial management, branding, and marketing. This empowers young entrepreneurs for lasting success.
