This annual project for 2019-20 is the fifth in a series initiated in 2015-16. The project targets the Samastipur district, characterized by small land holdings and a predominantly agricultural economy. Its objectives include forming "Custom Hiring Centers," promoting modern farming, improving soil quality, and creating sustainable farm-based businesses.
