Women gained economic independence and sustainable income opportunities. SHG women became decision-makers in household and community matters. 2. Child Rights & Education Impact: Over 100+ girls given direct educational opportunities through Bihar Education Project “Utpreran Kendra” (Darbhanga & Madhubani). Baal Panchayat & Baal Sansad created first-of-its-kind child governance platforms in Village Kanshi (2002). Reduced child labour incidents in project areas through awareness and advocacy campaigns (Mukti Karavan Nukkar Natak).
