    Students above 14 years of age join the pre-vocational stream, while those 17 years and older participate in the vocational programme. These programmes equip them with skills for long-term livelihood. Vocational training includes computer education, office assistant training, cooking, woodworking, gardening, product making, tailoring, candle making, weaving, pottery, and arts and crafts. Functional academics, community visits, cultural events, and competitions are also part of the comprehensive training provided to the students.

    The Foundation employs an individualistic and holistic approach, focusing on teaching children with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Teachers aim to restore the balance between body, soul, and spirit through curative work. The programme encompasses therapy, medical assistance, special education, and academic support. Practical training in areas like carpentry, pottery, cooking, tailoring, and gardening is also offered.
