    AWARD TRUST organisation implemented the central Govt project named Serva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) through the Cuddalore district chief Educational Officer with the approval of the District collector, programmes were implemented in 3 blocks of Cuddalore district named Kurinjipadi, Keerapalayam and Neyveli, through this programme we identified. More than 756 school dropout kids (ages 6 to 14) from different villages received kind treatment and motivation about the value of education in our residential hostels from socially conscious and highly qualified staff members. For ten months, they received free books, food, and clothing, similar to the Gurukulam method of education. When the residential programme ended, AWARD mainstreamed all of the children through this special initiative, resuming the education of 856 children who had dropped out of school.
