Thousands of lives have been empowered by their choice to speak up for themselves and the deaf community as a whole. Since DLF was established in 2004, we have worked to create sustainable livelihoods and encourage lifelong learning in every generation. To establish a fair partnership between the hearing and the deaf that is characterised by strength, opportunity, and dignity.
