The Glad Educational Medical And Charitable Trust is encouraging village youths to establish youth clubs within their communities, having successfully formed 80 such clubs to date. The primary objective of these clubs is to empower members to develop a deep understanding of national issues, especially within the context of their local circumstances, and to cultivate leadership skills while leveraging societal and governmental opportunities.

These gatherings aimed to educate women on various issues and involve them in decision-making processes. Awareness campaigns promoting the establishment of Self Help Groups and encouraging small savings were undertaken in all villages. A key focus was the formation of women's groups, with efforts directed towards educating and motivating women in this regard. Discussions on health issues and social awareness were also integral components of the women's group meetings.
