The program provides a child-friendly education system that imparts quality education and motivates children toward formal education through our evening classes.

               Children’s ProgramDistrict Chennai States Tamil Nadu Pudiyador’s Children’s Program supports children aged 5 to 10 by fostering creativity, curiosity, and independent thinking while strengthening their intellectual, physical, and emotional growth. Through a contextual curriculum, hands-on learning, and community engagement, the program builds essential literacy and numeracy skills, integrates art and environmental education, and empowers community teachers. By encouraging family participation, it creates a sustainable, community-driven support system for lifelong learning and development.

               Early Teens ProgramStateStates Tamil Nadu Pudiyador's Early Teens Program works with community children aged 11 to 14 years. Our Project-Based Learning program empowers teens to solve real-world problems while building critical thinking, social-emotional skills, and awareness of social and environmental issues through an intersectional lens.

               Youth Advancement ProgramStateStates Tamil Nadu The Youth Advancement Program (YAP) empowers youth aged 15 to 22 by equipping them with the skills and guidance needed to transition into capable, self-assured young adults. Through holistic education, career exposure, and targeted upskilling, YAP helps youth identify their strengths, pursue their interests, and build meaningful futures.

               Women Empowerment ProgramStateStates Tamil Nadu Pudiyador’s Women’s Empowerment Program, , supports women from disadvantaged communities by providing platforms for growth. The program fosters financial independence and self-reliance through skill training in embroidery, tailoring, beauty, and photography while challenging gender stereotypes.

               Playquity InitiativeStates Tamil Nadu Assam Madhya Pradesh Rajasthan Playquity is a Pudiyador project that promotes gender equity through play. Playquity’s main aim is to work on life skill development which it does through Frisbee. Our ultimate frisbee coaching program empowers girls by developing athletic skills, confidence, empathy, communication, and leadership. Girls become strong, independent coaches who foster gender equality in their communities. This initiative is active across 13 cohorts in rural India, spanning 4 states and impacting over 300 young women.

               Cradle healthDistrict Chennai States Tamil Nadu Pudiyador's Cradle Program nurtures over 125 mothers and their babies across four communities. It runs 8-10 week programs biannually for young parents, expectant/new mothers, and infants. The sessions focus on personal health, hygiene education, nourishment guidance, and empowering women to make informed choices for themselves and their babies. The aim is to cultivate capable mothers equipped to raise joyful and healthy babies.

Since its beginnings in 2001, Pudiyador now supports 180 children from 130 families across 2 community centers in Chennai, and 300 young women across rural India through 13 Playquity cohorts.
