Round Table India seeks to motivate the community of young men to work for social causes while going about their businesses and professions. Its motto Read more is to serve through fellowship, following the process of adopting, adapting and improving. The volunteers or members of Round Table India call themselves Tablers and besides involving in varied social causes all over India their primary objective is to provide ‘Freedom with Education’. To this end, the organisation is actively building classrooms at the rate of one per day contributing to better infrastructure and facilitating education delivery to underprivileged children.
Issue
Lack of proper infrastructure leads to unsatisfactory delivery of education for underprivileged children and improper healthcare facilities.
Action
Round Table India has taken upon itself to build a classroom a day, fully equipped with the latest infrastructure so that underprivileged children can study as per their constitutional rights. It is also involved in supporting the construction of healthcare related facilities to help strengthen and facilitate the healthcare delivery system.

It has created an impact as follows: Executed 3347 projects, constructed 7890 classrooms with an outlay of Rs. 380 Crore benefitting 8.67 million children in India.

Project HEAL
HEAL(Healthcare Enhancement for Active Living) focuses on creating enabling infrastructure for better healthcare services for Government/ Government aided hospitals and hospitals operated by charitable institutions.
It includes building expansion/repairs, creation of special wards, toilets, donation of medical equipment like ventilators, covid vaccine refrigerators, oxygen line systems, oxygen concentrators, ambulances, hospital beds etc.
It has completed twenty projects, with an outlay of over Rupees fifty-five crores till July 2021.

Disaster Management
DistrictHelps to rebuild schools in association with state Governments in states affected by natural disasters. It has executed the following deliverables under various projects :
Operation Tsunami: 126 schools were rebuilt at a cost of 25 crores.
Operation Sadhbhavana: constructed 10 schools in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack after the Orissa cyclone in 1999-2000.
Project Janmabhoomi: 75 schools built in Andhra Pradesh.
Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan: projects worth Rs. 25 Million completed in Tamil Nadu.
Project Pathshala: built 150 schools with Govt of Karnataka. -
Community Service
With a focus on community development and service, Round Table India acts for the development of children and in general the community through conducting silent olympiads for children with hearing difficulties, drawing, music and dance competitions in schools, taking children out on excursions to increase their experiential learning and setting up kitchens to provide healthy cooked meals to senior citizens.
