RICE's mission is to serve poor and marginalized communities through socioeconomic development, health, and education programs, with the vision of empowering people to gain knowledge and become self-reliant.

Over 15 years, RICE has conducted vocational training programs, established night schools and adult education centers in villages, and started a nursing college to provide education for Dalit girl students.
